A warm greige ground carrying an all-over ivory tree motif — rows of fir-branch and lattice figures raised in pale pile against the flat ground, framed by a plain border. Natural undyed wool gives it a raw, folk-textural character, the pale pattern reading quietly against the taupe for a look that's Scandinavian and grounded.

Hand-knotted in natural wool, the greige and ivory coming from the fleece rather than dye. The tree figures are worked in raised pile against a flatter ground, so the motif stands up under the hand and catches light rather than reading as print. Specialist-washed for a soft hand and depth, dense and substantial underfoot, made for years of real use.
