Shipping

Every rug is woven to order in Bhadohi, India and ships directly from our workshops. Made-to-order rugs take approximately 30–45 days from colour approval to your door. Ready-to-ship pieces leave our warehouse within 3 business days.

Shipping to the United States is free. Duties and taxes are included — the price you see is the price you pay.

Returns

If your rug arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and we will make it right — repair, replacement, or refund.

Because made-to-order rugs are woven specifically to your size and colour choices, they cannot be returned for change of mind. Ready-to-ship rugs may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition; return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Write to us before you order — we respond within 24 hours and would rather answer ten questions than have one rug arrive wrong.
