An ivory ground worked all over in a dense Greek-key fret — angular L-bracket spirals in soft greige-tan tiling the whole field in a locked, repeating pattern. Graphic and architectural, the regular geometry reads as structured from across the room and resolves into intricate hand-drawn detail up close.

Hand-knotted in natural wool. The fret is woven in warm greige against the ivory ground, built into the surface rather than printed, so it holds crisp and catches light across every angle. Specialist-washed for a smooth hand and depth, the ivory holds warm cream with the motif in a soft greige-tan. Dense and even underfoot, made for years of real use.
