A warm greige ground carrying a bold abstract composition — angular grey blocks, bars and organic forms raised in high pile against the flat ground, like a hand-cut collage. Sculptural and tonal, the contrast between raised shapes and flat field gives it real dimension, a contemporary art piece grounded in a calm grey-and-greige palette.

Hand-knotted in natural New Zealand wool, the greige and grey coming from the fleece rather than dye. The shapes are built in relief — raised grey pile set against the flatter ground — so the design catches light and shifts as you move rather than reading as print. Specialist-washed for a soft hand and depth, dense and substantial underfoot, made for years of real use.

Woven to order in your choice of size and colour, direct from our workshops — about three to four weeks, priced honestly because it comes straight from the makers.
