Vertical bands of geometric texture — herringbone, key fret, and hatched squares — running top to bottom in charcoal columns against a pale silvery ground. The higher contrast makes the architectural geometry more legible, each column a sampler of woven marks rendered clean and graphic. Same design family as Column in Smoke, lighter ground, stronger lines.
Hand-knotted in natural wool, the columnar motifs worked in charcoal against the pale ash pile. Specialist-washed for a soft hand and depth. Dense and hardwearing underfoot.
Woven to order in your choice of size and colour, direct from our workshops — about three to four weeks, priced honestly because it comes straight from the makers.
