A muted sage green worked tone-on-tone, the surface finely striated with a soft sheen and a faint lighter frame ghosting around the field. Serene and near-solid, the colour lifts and settles as the light moves — a quiet, grounded green that brings calm to a large room without reading as pattern.

Hand-knotted in natural wool with a silk-like sheen. The green is built from closely graded tones of the same family — eucalyptus, soft grey-green and a paler celadon — so the colour shifts across the surface rather than sitting flat, and the light border emerges through tone alone. Specialist-washed for a smooth hand and depth, so the sage deepens and lifts as you cross the room. Low, dense and even underfoot, made for years of real use.
