A warm honey-gold near-solid flatweave with a fine grid texture running quietly through the surface — the warp and weft crossing at different tensions to give the cloth a gentle chequerboard grain that reads as solid colour from a distance and reveals itself as you get closer. Fringed at both ends.
Handwoven in natural wool as a flatweave, the entire surface one saturated gold — not orange, not tan, a true warm honey. Specialist-washed for a soft hand and lightly muted depth. Flat, tight and hardwearing underfoot, made for years of real use.
Woven to order in your choice of size and colour, direct from our workshops — about three to four weeks, priced honestly because it comes straight from the makers.
